Brushy Fork Park - Site & amenity construction at 4.28 acre park north of NC Hwy 421. Renovations include: 0.21 acres of disturbance in and around existing shelter and east end of parking area; remove and replace existing play structures with new equipment, engineered mulch; concrete border and underdrains; remove existing asphalt path and provide new ADA concrete walk to relocated playground and existing Shelter; add two new concrete ADA parking spaces, storm drainage and new shade tree. Winston Lake Park - Site & amenity construction at this 229 acre park. Shelter #1 renovations include: 0.50 acres of disturbance in and around existing shelter 1 and existing playground area; remove and replace existing play structures with new equipment, engineered mulch; concrete walks and underdrains; remove existing asphalt paving concrete walks, paving and provide new circular concrete walk around playground and connect to existing shelter; add storm drainage; install new native flowering and shade trees. Shelter #3 renovations include: 0.25 acres of disturbance in and around existing shelter 3 and existing playground area; remove and replace existing play structures with new equipment, engineered mulch; concrete walks and underdrains; remove fencing and drainage; provide ADA concrete walk access and walk/steps from parking to playground and connect to existing shelter; add storm drainage, flowering tree and riverstone. Shelter #4 renovations include: 0.15 acres of disturbance in and around existing shelter 4 and existing playground area; remove and replace existing play structures with new equipment, pip surfacing; concrete walks, steps and underdrains; remove existing concrete walks, paving and provide new ADA concrete walk from parking to connect to existing shelter & new playground; add fencing, storm drainage, groundcover, reinstall benches and grill.
