Remodeling of a military facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 260-square-foot military facility.
The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) requests bids to expand and remodel the Female Latrine, total fixture count two each toilets, lavatories and showers. The adjacent medical examination room will also be remodeled. Work includes demolition of existing walls, finishes, fixtures, etc., construction of new walls and ceilings, rough and finished plumbing, concrete, tile, electrical, mechanical, rough and finished carpentry. The work area is approximately 260 square feet. Scope of work is per the provided drawings and specifications.
