Renovation of a detention facility in Fox Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
In general the work consists of: Replacement of (1) Steam to Hot Water Heat Exchanger, System Hot Water Pumps, Expansion Tank, Control Valves and Addition of Direct Digital Controls (DDC) Contractors wanting to attend pre-bid tour will need to have a background check completed prior to the meeting. Contact the institution 72-hours in advance of the meeting for background check (See form DOC 2430 attached). If contractors do not contact the institution for a background check, they will not be allowed into the institution. Contractors already having a background check at FLCI will still need to contact the institution to be added to the gate memo to attend the meeting.
