This Request for Qualifications will be completed in a two-part process. The first part of the two-part bidding process shall include a notice of a request for qualifications which shall include a general description of the material, services or public works to be purchased or contracted for. All areas within this section related to competitive bidding will be applied during the "Second Part" of the Request for Qualifications process. Qualifications will be reviewed and a pre-qualified list of vendors will be approved. The bidders identified in step one would qualify for the work that will be solicited in the second part.
