The scope of work is estimated to be between $1,200,000 to 1,400,000 and includes essential field, hard surface and fencing improvements at Norma Coombs Elementary, Jackson Elementary and Hamilton Elementary. This also includes play area seating improvements at Jackson Elementary. Field work at each school will require a tailored approach encompassing tasks such as leveling, re-sodding, re-seeding, weeding, other associated improvements. Hard surface work will require removal of existing surface, preparing, installing new surface to specified strength and finish, ensuring necessary reinforcement, grading and proper drainage. Fencing improvements will consist of adding privacy fence, repairing gates, and other associated improvements per bidding documents. Prequalification Due Date & Instructions for Application Submission: Due no later than 4/21/25 - Pasadena Unified School District has contracted with Colbi Technologies, Inc. to provide a web-based process for prequalification called online. Bidders will be escorted onto the campus from that location. Upon completion of the first walk, all attendees will be required to attend the other two site walks.
