Restroom Upgrades Project contractors holding a "B" California Contractors license on the following: Bid #16-24/25 - Restroom Upgrades Project at Norma Coombs Elementary School, Jackson Elementary School and Hamilton Elementary School per bid specifications. The scope of work is estimated to be $1,750,000 and includes: facility improvements at Jackson ES, Hamilton ES, and Norma Coombs ES. Work involves portable restroom installation coordination and utility tie-in at Jackson and Hamilton, kitchen flooring replacements at Jackson and Norma Coombs, casework updates at Jackson, door removal and wall closure at Hamilto. Additionally, work will include ADAcompliant restroom renovations at Norma Coombs, including necessary plumbing, fire, and mechanical upgrades, along with other improvements as outlined in the bidding documents. All General Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (M/E/P) Subcontractors must be pre-qualified for this project per bidding documents.
