The City is seeking quotes or proposals for Landscape Equipment Repair and Maintenance as outlined in this SOLICITATION. The Contractor may need to meet other certain minimum qualifications to propose on this specification.. Bidders must provide pricing for the following repairs: Chainsaw Repair Hedge Trimmer Repair Edger Repair Leaf Blower Repair Weed Eater Repair Lawn Mower Repair Pricing shall include materials and labor. Requirements:Vendor must have a local warehouse in which Parks staff can drop off and pick-up equipment (local is defined as 50 miles from Pasadena City Limits). The Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services - Parks Division seeks a vendor to provide general landscape equipment repair and maintenance. equipment includes, but is not limited to: Mower, Edger, Trimmer, Leaf blower, Weed Eater, and Chainsaw. Award will be based on the lowest price and pricing must be valid from July 2025 to June 2026. The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to start July 1, 2025. The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to end June 30, 2026. Bidders must provide pricing on all line items to be considered responsive. Any incomplete bid will be ruled unresponsive and may not be considered for an award.
