All Submittals shall be in sealed envelopes and plainly marked. The Village if Tequesta ("Village") is interest in receiving sealed proposals from qualified, licenses and insured contractors to provide Construction Manager At Risk Services for the New Community Center at Constitution Park. The Village is seeking the proposals for the following professional services ("Services"): Provide preconstruction services, developing a Guaranteed Maximum Price ("GMP"), demolition of the existing 1-story 6,837 SF building, construction of a new 1-story 14,799 SF community center, and associated site work for The Village of Tequesta, located at Constitution Park.
