The Project consists of constructing Remembrance Park, located at 483 Seabrook Rd, Tequesta, FL 33469. Remembrance Park is an approximately 1.75 AC Village of Tequesta park, featuring an aggregate pathway, two shade pavilions, a butterfly garden, interpretive markers, a small parking lot with permeable pavers, perimeter fencing, concrete sidewalks, site furnishings, landscaping, and irrigation fed by a new pump and well. This limits and requires documentation of communications between potential Bidders and/or Bidders on Village Solicitations, the Villages professional staff, and the Village Council members. 1. Selected Proposers will make a 20-minute presentation to the Selection Committee. After all presentations are complete, The Selection Committee will evaluate and rank the proposals. After ranking the Selection Committee will make a recommendation for Award to the Village Council. It is the intent of the Village of Tequesta to award this project to the Proposer selected in the best interest of the Village based on ITB criteria. The Village of Tequesta shall preserve the right to reject any proposal for noncompliance with ITB requirements and provisions, or to not award an agreement because of unforeseen circumstances or if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Village. This contract, if any, will be awarded based on demonstrated ability and performance providing similar services at a fair and reasonable cost. The lowest cost Proposer is not necessarily the Proposer that will be awarded the contract. The Selection Committee will review the proposers bids and select up to 5 proposals for a Presentation meeting. The Village reserves the right to select more than 5 proposals. The Selection committee will send notifications to the selected proposers with a date and time for presentations.
