A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project scope includes providing all labor, equipment, materials, and tools necessary to remove 480 60-inch existing membrane elements from one hundred twenty (120) center port pressure vessels in Trains 1 through 3, dispose of existing membranes, rebuild/replace all end cap gaskets, new O- rings, permeate port seals, retainer rings, new seals and miscellaneous hardware, clean pressure vessels, furnish and install 240 new 40-inch membranes in each train for a total of 720 membrane elements, interconnectors, end cap seals, gaskets, adapters, spacers and shims and other parts as required to perform the work. Work includes startup and performance testing and offsite disposal of all debris generated by Contractors work, site restoration and all other incidentals required to complete the Work in accordance with the Bidding Documents. Contractor's scope of work shall also include replacement of existing permeate adapters and flexible hosing with schedule 80 PVC J-bends. The J-bends shall be secured to the permeate header and the permeate adapter with 316 stainless steel grooved end couplings. The contractor shall include all work and materials to re-connect the permeate sample tubing to the new J-bend assemblies.
