Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Jupiter Inlet, Florida. Working plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Jupiter, is soliciting proposals pursuant to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from Progressive Design-Build Applicants, who would like to be considered to submit Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) as a progressive design-build contractor for the Town. Projects to be Constructed: 1. The proposed Piatt Place fire station will be located at 500 North US Highway 1, Jupiter, FL 33458. The project scope of work includes but is not limited to, design and construction of the vertical construction of a two-story Fire Station consisting of three bays, installation of all site work/utilities necessary for the operation/ingress/egress to the site, roadway improvements, mast arm/emergency signal installation, and demolition of the existing parking structure on the project. Construction of this site may also include park elements, such as fencing, roadway, playgrounds, sidewalks, and parking areas. 2. The proposed Cinquez Park fire station will be located immediately north of the intersection of Indiantown Road and Center Street at 2183 West Indiantown Road in Jupiter, FL, 33458. The project scope of work includes but is not limited to, design and construction of a two-story Fire Station consisting of three bays, installation of all of all site work/utilities necessary for the operation/ingress/egress to the site, roadway improvements, and mast arm/emergency signal installation. Construction of this site may also include modification and construction of park elements, such as fencing, roadway, playgrounds, sidewalks, and parking areas.
