Site work, new construction and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 18,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and for the addition of a 15,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.

This Project includes, but is not limited to construction of a new 18,000 SF pre-engineered structure for use as a transit & fleet maintenance facility and support offices with an add alternate for the construction of an adjacent 15,000 SF pre-engineered structure for use as a Parks & Recreation department vehicle & equipment maintenance facility and support spaces. Sitework includes, but is not limited to the following: clearing & grubbing, excavation, subgrade modification, trenching, site grading, building pad, paved drives, paved parking, pedestrian paving, construction of new utilities, site lighting, storm drainage structures, site & traffic control signage, pre-engineered shed structures, landscaping, irrigation, chain link fencing and motorized gates with access controls. Building construction includes, but is not limited to: concrete foundations, termite pretreatment, concrete floor slabs cast in place concrete walls, pre-engineered structures, metal framing and interior partitions, suspended acoustical ceilings, prefinished metal manel cladding, standing seam metal roofing, hollow metal doors & frames, wood doors, door hardware, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, electrical systems, low voltage systems, access control, fire alarm, fire sprinkler and CCTV system. Bidders attention is particularly called to the utilization of Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funding for this project. This project will be subject to all applicable regulations from the granting agency. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
