Remodeling of a medical facility in Gallup, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the remodel of a medical facility.

This construction project retrofits the existing third floor pharmacy "IV clean room" and the hazardous drug preparation room in order to follow the current USP-797/800. This scope of the project also includes the adjacent anteroom and some required mechanical/electrical equipment. The selected contractor will accomplish the following: Task 1. Remodel approximately 800 gsf of existing space to provide new hazardous drug preparation room. Task 2. Remodel approximately 1,200 gsf of existing space to upgrade the existing pharmacy Intravenous (IV) clean room to a "Non-hazardous IV clean" room that is compliant with requirements within IHS Technical Handbook. The project is Prevailing Wage & has the Buy American Requirement. Project duration is 210 days. Trades required: Temp Facilities (Office & Storage Trailers, Portable Bathrooms, Temp. Fencing), Infection Controls (ICRA), Special Inspections, Demolition, Asbestos Abatement, Misc. Metal Fabrication, Insulation, Joint Sealants, Expansion Joint Cover Assemblies, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Window Tint, Access Panels, Aluminum Windows, Gypsum Board, Metal Stud Framing, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Hi-Performance Coatings(Epoxy Wall Coating), Signage, Wall & Door Protection, Window Shades, Plumbing, HVAC, Testing/Adjusting/Balancing, Electrical, Structured Cabling & Fire Alarm.
