Site work and paving for a civil project in South Pymatuning Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
***As of October 13, 2020, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on November 11, 2020 meeting. The Projects scope of work shall generally include the construction of 10 PVCO water main, D.I. fittings, fire hydrants, water valves, copper service laterals, directional boring, driveway and pavement replacements and site restoration along Powers Ave. and portions of Buckeye Drive and Saranac Drive. A certified check, cash, money order, or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety, payable to South Pymatuning Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. Bidders must submit with their bids the non-collusion affidavit contained in the contract documents. Prevailing wages established under the PA Prevailing Wage Act will apply to this contract. All requirements of the PA Small Water and Sewer Program will be applicable to this Project. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding procedures. Bids may be held by the Township for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.
