Notice to Contractors The Chippewa County Department of Land Conservation and Forest Management (LCFM) is seeking bids for a nonpoint pollution control project for: Culver Family Farms (Bloomer, WI) - Waste Transfer and Milking Center Waste. Types of construction include earthwork, site constructed concrete tank, underground piping (HDPE), and overhead piping. Land Conservation and Forest Management Stewardship for Sustainability The Waste Transfer System consists of a site-constructed reinforced concrete reception tank (approximately 8 ft X 12 ft X 8 ft deep (with covers), approximately 300 lineal feet of high density polyethylene transfer pipe, small waste tanks for milking center and parlor waste and associated small diameter overhead pipe conveyance.
