o 2 1/2 inch overlay on 210th Ave East towards Hwy 40. Approx. 0.7 of a mile. Roads will be marked. Bids should include shouldering. The hot mix should be compressed asphalt with a depth of 2 1/2" in and a width of 20 ft. All mailboxes and driveways shall be winged out with asphalt.
