Bloomer Substation Switchgear Technical questions should be directed to the Engineer by calling 715-933-8033 or by email at d.krause@eps-ed.com. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be directed to the attention of Mr. Tim Kuhn at Bloomer Electric Utility, 1503 Main Street, Bloomer, WI 54724, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, "BID FOR SUBSTATION SWITCHGEAR". Bloomer Electric Utility reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Utility. A pre-Bid conference will not be held.
