The project includes development of written instructions that set-out the operation, inspection, cleaning, maintenance, testing and verification requirements of HVAC systems, and the calibration procedures for all sensors, probes and gauges on which the systems depend for efficient operation. HVAC SOPs for systems containing halocarbon shall include specific procedures that seek to prevent the inadvertent release of halocarbon. Also, sequence of operations must be included in the S.O.P. report. The sequence of operations must describe the operations of all the HVAC control systems of the building. The sequence of operations must be up-to-date and must be provided by the maintenance service provider of the Building Automation System. Consultant to follow BGIS instruction on completion of SOP update. Security Requirements: Company DOS and personnel RCMP Reliability (RRS) Clearance The method of contractor selection has not determined at this time.
