Site work for a pipeline in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline.
Furnishing and installation of a new outdoor 12KV power distribution center (PDC) metal clad switchgear assembly. Related electrical work includes, but not limited to, underground electrical duct banks, 12kv feeders, manholes, grounding system and testing. Work includes connection to PG&E manhole and coordination of new 12KV incoming utility service. In addition, disconnect and remove 12KV feeder cables, equipment and related materials in existing manholes currently connected to 12KV main switchgears located at City of San Jose Emergency Operation Center Building and County of Santa Clara Department of Sheriff Building. Provide new cables, splices and terminations in existing and new manholes. Furnishing and installation of an outdoor architectural enclosure with decorative sidings (to enclose switchgear), doors and miscellaneous hardware including structural supports, foundations and mounting hardware. Underground utility verification and relocation, excavation, soil improvement per Owner provided soil report, trenching, backfilling, grading, drainage, structural concrete equipment pad, equipment anchoring, pavement repair and re-landscape and restoration.
