Requesting bids for a boiler replacement project at Brewster Village. Scope- Outagamie County is requesting bids for a boiler replacement at Brewster Village. Brewster Village is located at 3300 W Brewster St in Appleton, WI. Brewster Village provides short term rehabilitation as well as long term nursing home services designated to meet individuals' social and medical needs. Late bids will not be accepted. It is our intent to issue a contract by November 6th. Substantial completion for the base bid by 3:00 pm CT January 29, 2021 1. Piping materials and installation instructions common to most piping systems. 2. Concrete base construction requirements. 3. Escutcheons. 4. Dielectric fittings. 5. Mechanical sleeve seals. 6.
