Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 40-unit multi-residential development.

*Northcentral Construction Corporation was not awarded. Project Information Archive Apartments consists of a new ground up (40) unit apartment building with a Community Room, Non-Profit Offices, Mechanical/Storage Rooms, Parking Garage, and associated site work. Section 3 reporting along with Green Built Home selections are required and must be met. All subcontractors will need to adhere to these requirements. This project has WHEDA requirements and has a mandatory 15% participation. Tentative Start Date: April 1st, 2025. Building: 64,060 sqft 40-unit, four-story multifamily apartment building with a common amenity space. This project also consists of a separate business tenant. Type VA Construction with a cast-in-place concrete lower level, pre-cast interior columns, and pre-cast plank between the parking level and the residential levels above. The Parking Level has 34 parking spaces, a mechanical and electrical room, an elevator and Lobby, and (2) Stairwells. Ground level includes Non-Profit Space, Lobby, Office, Mail/Parcel, Elevator, Unisex Bathroom, Mechanical Room, and Units. Levels 2 has the Community Room, Unisex Bathroom, Residential Units and Residential Storage Room. Levels 3, and 4 are Residential Units and Residential Storage Room. The building is wood framed with TPO membrane roof, Brick veneer, Fiber Cement Siding/Panels with vinyl windows. Site: .642-acre, portion of a City Blocks. Located at 601 and 615 Wisconsin Avenue in Appleton, WI. Razing of Existing Building, Site Demolition, Utility Tie-In to the Existing, Asphalt Parking Lot, Dumpster Enclosure, Site Concrete, and Landscaping & Retaining Wall. The construction schedule is figured for Early Spring 2025 Start. With a 12-month construction duration. The multifamily section of the project is required to meet all WHEDA requirements including Appendix M and Universal Design. Wisconsin Green Built Home selections are required to met. All MEP contractors will need to adhere to these requirements. For the business tenant space, coordination will be required with tenant architect drawings.
