The construction schedule is figured for Early Spring 2025 Start. With a 12-month construction duration. The multifamily section of the project is required to meet all WHEDA requirements including Appendix M and Universal Design. Wisconsin Green Built Home selections are required to met. All MEP contractors will need to adhere to these requirements. For the business tenant space, coordination will be required with tenant architect drawings.
