Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Scituate, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Project consists of: Removal and replacement of existing asphalt shingle roofing, underlayments, flashings, drip edges, attic vents, plumbing vent flashing, dryer vents and rake boards and siding at selected locations at twelve buildings at the site. The work, included all alternates, is estimated to cost $ 403,867. Unless specified elsewhere, the Contractor shall be responsible for: (1.) All cutting and patching required for the project construction. (2.) Products and installation for patching and extending Work. (3.) Transition and adjustments. (4.) Repair of damaged surfaces, finishes, and cleaning. (5.) Coordination of any cutting and patching required by subtrades.
