The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for contractors on multiple residential projects at 3111 Maryland Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525. The project is funded by Kent County Community Development Block Grants ("CDBG"). Project to be completed 90 days after. The scope involves multiple projects. One or multiple may be selected for award; please provide line-item pricing by project. Attendee shall be an employee or authorized reseller of the Respondent with requisite knowledge, skill and abilities to participate. Meeting attendees assume all possible technical issues associated with teleconferencing and deem the County and its service provider harmless and without fault regardless of the reason. Attendees requiring special services are asked to provide their requirements to the Kent County Purchasing Division at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance to allow for accommodations.
