Site work and paving for a civil project in Boiling Spring Lakes, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project awraded to Sequoia Services, LLC with an estimated contract price of $44,749,198.20 The Project includes the following Work: Reconstruction of four dams (Sanford Dam, North Lake Dam, Pine Lake Dam, and Upper Lake Dam) that breached during Hurricane Florence. Major work elements include, but not limited to, construction of cast-in-place concrete riser structures and culverts, earth embankment installation, control of water, demolition and removal of existing structures, roadway demolitions and reconstruction, maintenance of traffic, grading, and instrumentation. Sanford Dam reconstruction also includes the installation of deep mix panels and cutoff wall. Reconstruction of four dams (Sanford Dam, North Lake Dam, Pine Lake Dam, and Upper Lake Dam) that breached during Hurricane Florence.
