Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Kokhanok, Alaska. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work for this project shall consist of both design and construction services to deliver a completed steel module and metal stairs and landing assembly meeting applicable codes and fit for service as a water treatment plant (WTP). The module will conform to the dimensions and requirements described in the Scope of Work (Attachment A) and shown in the conceptual drawings A-101 and A-301 included with WTP IFC Drawings (Planset #KHK-18-003) (Attachment B) and shall be specifically designed to accommodate the installation of the process components as shown. NOTE: the process component installation is not part of this project, nor is the roof; however, the ceiling and stairs and landing assembly are part of the project The design and construction cost will be subject to funds available for this project. In accordance with the criteria stated in this RFP, the magnitude of this project is anticipated between $100,000 and $200,000.
