Estimated Cost; $330,000 - $360,000 Requests for clarification are due Monday, May 24, 2021 2:00:00 PM Lower Makefield Township is soliciting sealed bids for Contract SWR 21-4 Silver Lake Pump Station Upgrade located in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The work includes installation of a bypass connection including a 10" line stop, 8"x10" wet tap, and bypass connection manhole, replacing all of the existing suction and discharge piping and valves in the drywell, and installing new impellers on the existing three (3) pumps. All work is in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, as provided for in the bid documents. Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 10% Maintenance Bond and Contractor's Insurance are included in the Contract Documents. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. Lower Makefield Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to make such award as appears most advantageous to the Township *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
