The City of Palmer is requesting proposals for engineering services to assist with a project seeking funding under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program through the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA), State Revolving Loan (SRF) program through the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) and/or Water and Waste Disposal Loan and Grant (WWDLG) program through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
