Box 2392, Gonzales, Louisiana 70707), Mailed Certified Mail and Must Be Received No Later Than the Bid Opening. Contractors Desiring to Bid Shall Submit to the Owner, With Their Request for Contract Documents, Contract Documents Deposit and Evidence That They Hold State License of Proper Classification and in Full Force and Effect.
