Site work and renovation of a civil project in Pleasanton, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The meeting will provide the opportunity for prospective bidders to walk the sites, enter the pump station and have access to the top of the tanks. While subcontractors are not required to attend a pre-bid meeting, attendance will be documented and made available for all to reference on the City portal. In order to be an eligible bidder, prospective bidders must contact the City to request to be on the planholder list and attend one of the two mandatory pre-bid meetings** The project includes procurement and installation of residual control systems, electrical system modification/installation, installation of fencing and general site improvements, and installation of equipment and piping as shown in the drawings at the City's Sycamore and Foothill Reservoir Tank Sites. The Contractor is responsible for providing and installing all other items as shown in the Drawings. The project also includes reconstruction of existing facilities affected by the work and incidentals for a complete and usable facility. The Project is located in the City of Pleasanton, California, at the City's Sycamore and Foothill Tank Sites, as indicated in the Drawings, in the following locations: 1. The Sycamore Tank is located adjacent to 1092 Sycamore Creek Way, Pleasanton, California 94566 at the City's tank site property. 2. The Foothill Tank and Laurel Creek Pump Station is located near Laurel Creek Park at 5875 Laurel Creek Drive, Pleasanton, California 94566. The Engineer's cost estimate for the project is $1,200,000. There is a requirement that prospective prime bidders attend and register at a mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project.
