Renovation of a water / sewer project in Pleasanton, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Dublin San Ramon Services District (District) is soliciting bids for the WWTP HVAC Replacement (CIP 22-P010) system, located at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 7399 Johnson Drive, Building A, Pleasanton, CA 94568. The Contractor shall furnish and install all equipment, materials and labor to replace the District's existing HVAC system at Building A, second floor Lab. The project will also require an assessment and cleaning of the existing duct work at Building A. Along with mechanical installation of the HVAC system, the Contractor will be responsible for startup, testing, and commissioning of the unit which may include wiring and thermostat programing and the correct operation of unit when installation of the replacement is complete. The work must be substantially complete within 90 days from the Notice to Proceed. The work shall be performed per District's Technical Services Agreement. Bidders on this work shall be a licensed Contractor and must possess, at the time of the award of the contract, a valid Contractor's license, as a minimum, a valid Class A License, issued by the California Contractor's State License Board. No Contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal or awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 at the time of bid.
