Start date and completioon date has not yet been established.** For Post Point Wastewater Treatment Plant Chlorine Gas Replacement The improvement consists of: The Work is generally described as installation of a new onsite sodium hypochlorite system that will replace the existing chlorine gas system at the City of Bellingham's Post Point Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Work includes layout and design activities, furnishing of equipment, construction of ancillary improvements, and startup and testing of the new system. The Work will be completed in all respects within 400 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Price Range: $1,500,000-$2,100,000 All proposals must be upon the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights.
