Remove all production equipment from location. Fifteen 400 BBLS above ground storage tanks, Five separators, Seven empty 330 gallonstotes, Ten outbuildings of varioussizesfrom 64 sf to 660 sf above ground flowlines and 3050 feet of below grade on location flowline. Remove all flowlines to the edge of location and cut, cap, and bury per COGCC Guidelines or as approved by COGCC. Remove all trash and debris from location. Remove all trash and debris from location. CM Production Field is made up of 21 wells within 2 square miles. Located approximately 12 miles west of Walden in Jackson County, CO. Remove all below grade flowlines to the edge of location and cut, cap, and bury per COGCC Guidelines or as approved by GCC.. Approximately 4400 feet of on location below grade flowlines. Remove all equipment and debris, such as pump jacks with pump jack bases, trash, scrap steel and buildings. The following is specifically excluded from this Scope of Work: 1. Submission of COGCC forms. The Project Manager or other COGCC staff will prepare and submit all COGCC forms needed for the work. 2. Global Positioning System well location data and flowline riser endpoint data will be measured by COGCC staff or others. The Contractor will not be responsible for obtaining this data. 3. Work includes management of de minimis oil and gas exploration and production (E&P) waste only to the extent necessary to perform work related to plugging the Wells, abandoning flowlines, and decommissioning production equipment, as described in the Bid Documents. E&P Waste, as defined in COGCC's 100-Series Rules is exempt from regulation as hazardous waste under Subtitle C of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), 42 USC Sections 6921, et seq. COGCC will provide E&P Waste Manifests to the Contractor. If the Contractor discovers existing, historic contamination from former oil and gas operations at the Locations during execution of the work, Contractor shall immediately notify the Project Manager. Removal or remediation of existing, historic contamination beyond the work areas required by the Contractor to execute the Scope of Work in this solicitation is not included in the Scope of Work for this project. 4. Surface reclamation of the Project Locations will be performed by others under a separate contract.
