OPTIONAL PRE-BID CONFERENCE: August 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM DQ1 : DQ1 2027*032 Project Information: a. The project includes constructing a new OHV trail and ATV trail reroute, including vegetation clearing, grading, stormwater management, installation of fencing to block old trails, and site restoration. b. Be sure to read the Measurement and Payment Section to understand the full extent of what each bid item covers. c. A price must be provided for all bid items. d. Project Manager will stake trail alignment prior to construction. e. Payment will be made at the unit price for each bid item . The full quantity will not be paid if not installed . Several bid items include a 10% contingency to the design quantities. f. Required insurance will include Commercial General Liability, Automobile, Workers Comp, and Pollution Liability.
