The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting documented quotes (DQ) for removal and disposal of the existing vault toilet and delivery and installation of a new precast concrete vault toilet at the Lake John wildlife area near Walden, CO. This project will install a single precast concrete vault toilet in an open area adjacent to the lake parking area at a location staked by the Project Manager. The building shall be a Left-Handed Gunnison Model by CXT. The work includes removal and disposal of the existing vault toilet, delivery of the new building, excavation and preparation of the site, placement of the building, backfill, site grading, concrete pad and cleanup.
