Renovation of a development in Walden, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a development.
QUESTIONS DUE: March 25, 2022, 10:00 a.m. Sent via e-mail to russ.adsit@state.co.us Liquidated Damages $150.00 per calendar day. The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting documented quotes (DQ) for removal and disposal of the existing vault toilet and delivery and installation of a new precast concrete vault toilet at the Lake John wildlife area near Walden, CO. This project will install a single precast concrete vault toilet in an open area adjacent to the lake parking area at a location staked by the Project Manager. The building shall be a Left-Handed Gunnison Model by CXT. The work includes removal and disposal of the existing vault toilet, delivery of the new building, excavation and preparation of the site, placement of the building, backfill, site grading, concrete pad and cleanup. Prospective bidders shall include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work in accordance with the plans and specifications presented in this request for DQs *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
