The existing cooling tower will be removed and replaced. A cooling tower with VSD fans will be installed at the same location. One existing Condenser Pump and Building Pump will be replaced with new pumps with VSD. New piping and HX will be installed in mechanical room. DDC controls will be installed to accomplish temperature control for the water source heat pump loop. Electrical will reuse existing power with some modifications. A Bid Bond and Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are not required for this project. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days. Minority businesses are encouraged to submit bids for this project. The appropriate forms from the section entitled "Participation by Women and Minority Owned Businesses" must be submitted with each bid to show good faith efforts to obtain Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise participation.
