The Town of Pleasant Garden is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for fence installation at Volunteer Park located at 4920 Alliance Church Rd. New fence will consist of approximately 1200' of 4' black vinyl coated commercial grade chain-link with three double drive gates. Companies must have comparable and verifiable experience and must have been in business for no less than five (5) years. The selected contractor must work with the Town's Recreation Program Manager in the planning and coordination of this project. Project Background: Due to the heavy use during the youth athletic programs and age of the facility, replacements and new installations are needed for safety of attendees, citizens, and staff. Interested Parties: All interested firms are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein. The laws of the State of North Carolina shall govern any contracted executed between the successful proposer and the Town of Pleasant Garden. The contract for this work shall be deemed made in Guilford County, North Carolina, which shall be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all purposes in connection with the contract. Insurance Requirements: The successful proposer shall have the following insurance coverage. Proposers shall submit proof of these insurances: a. Workers Compensation in compliance with the State of North Carolina b. Commercial general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.
