The Town of Pleasant Garden is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for interior building updates to include a front reception enclose, installation of lobby window (fire rated), dais update, interior painting, and carpet replacement at the Pleasant Garden Town Hall located at 4920 Alliance Church Road. Contractor(s) Selection Announced = July 2, 2024 By submitting a proposal, the proposer guarantees that it will be able to complete the project within 6 months of selection.
