Site work for a mixed-use development in Pleasant Garden, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and playground / park / athletic field.
Town of Pleasant Garden Community Center Baseball Complex Fencing Purpose: The Town of Pleasant Garden is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for fence removal and replacement on field 4 at the Pleasant Garden Community Center Baseball Complex located at 5024 Alliance Church Rd. New fence will consist of 9-gauge commercial x 2” mesh with yellow fence topper. Replacement will be the exact same footprint of existing fencing. Companies must have comparable and verifiable experience and must have been in business for no less than five (5) years. The selected contractor must work with the Town’s Recreation Program Manager in the planning and coordination of this project. Project Background: Due to the heavy use during the youth athletic programs and age of the facility, replacements and new installations are needed for safety of attendees, citizens, and staff. Insurance Requirements: The successful proposer shall have the following insurance coverage. Proposers shall submit proof of these insurances: a. Workers Compensation in compliance with the State of North Carolina b. Commercial general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. The Town of Pleasant Garden reserves the right to accept or reject
