Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: DAVIS-BACON WAGE RATES Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex. The Labor Standards, Wage Determination and Anti-Kickback regulations (29 CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts.
