Contractors must also establish a 6.9% goal for female participation and a 0.6% goal for minority participation. The project consists of site work for the proposed Public Safety Building, including grading, pavement, and stormwater facilities. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the online Bid Form. Bid security must be provided according to the instructions to bidders, and the successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond equal to 100% of the contract liability. The contract requires compliance with PA Prevailing Wages, non-discrimination in employment, and applicable labor standards regulations.
