Parcel No: 0420043060 Project no: 41543.002 Listing of Subcontractor's: Every Bidder must supply the Subcontractor list completed and submitted to the Owner at the same location specified for receipt of Bids within one hour of the Base Bid time. The Bidder shall name the Subcontractor with whom the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will subcontract directly (i.e., not lower-tier Subcontractors) for performance of the work of: . heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, . plumbing as described in RCW 18.106 and RCW 39.30.060 . electrical work as described in RCW 19.28 and RCW 39.30.060 and . any other categories of Work listed on the Subcontractor listing form. Any Bidder who intends to self-perform any of the categories of Work must name itself for each such category of Work.
