This request invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for accomplishments of the items of work described below under Scope of Services. Proposals shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements described in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Once the firm is selected, a contract will be negotiated based on a mutually agreed upon scope of services. Proposals are being requested to perform survey, design, and limited construction services for the D odge Avenue Reconstruction Project from South Rustin Street to South Cecelia Street. Consultant services will be funded by the City of Sioux City under Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Project Number 719-133, Annual Infrastructure Reconstruction. Construction will be funded with both the City of Sioux City funds and STBG-SWAP funding. The project budget, including survey, design, inspection and construction is $2,620,000; maximum $1,040,000 in STBG-SWAP funding.
