Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in Sidney, Montana. Working plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
**As of April 28, 2021, project will not be awarded. All bidders should complete a site a visit to personally determine the extent of construction conditions. An optional but recommended pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 AM (MT) on March 17, 2021. The pre-bid meeting will begin at the Sidney-Richland Regional Airport Terminal, 540 Airport Road, Sidney, MT and then end with a project site visit. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. The purpose of the conference will be to discuss work scope, bidding documents, construction scheduling, DBE and Buy American requirements, and the interpretation of plans and specifications. A question and answer session and tour of the project will conclude the conference.
