Site work for a water / sewer project in Sidney, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids will be received for the Richland County Event Center Addition in accordance with the Specifications and all Contract Documents prepared by SDI Architects + Design. The water & sanitary sewer only are already under contract and are not part of this bid. Each bidder will comply with all fair labor practices and state statutes. This project has 2022 MT Prevailing Wage Rates. Also, the Montana 1% Contractor Gross Receipts Tax does apply. Each Bid $100,000 or greater will be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of not less than TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total amount of bid. PERFORMANCE, LABOR & MATERIAL BOND: Successful bidders may be required to furnish an approved Performance Bond, and Labor & Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) of their contract. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid for at least THIRTY (30) days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids, except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner & the Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to evaluate the bids submitted and to accept the proposal which best serves the interests of the Owner.
