Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages will apply to this contract. Hellertown Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Municipality. Tentative Award Date and Time 7:00 p.m., on Monday April 19, 2021 If designated as the successful bidder, the contractor will begin work on the date specified in the notice to proceed. Or as otherwise provided in the special requirements,and will complete all work on or before August 6, 2021. If all work is not completed on time, liquidated damages will be assessed at the rate of $875.00 per additional calendar day
