Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pe Ell, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

This Project contains two schedules of work. Schedule A consists of overlaying the existing pavement on Howard Street from Pe Ell Avenue to the private property line approximately 2,300 linear feet north. Schedule B consists of removing and replacing the existing sidewalk on east side of Main Street (SR 6) between Pe Ell Avenue and 7th Street. The work for both project areas will include, but is not limited to, excavation, pavement removal, cement concrete removal, cement concrete sidewalk removal, grading, paving, cement concrete sidewalks, driveways, landscaping, pavement markings, traffic control and other related items of work. The Work shall be substantially complete within 40 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Pe Ell, Washington. Ail Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "Town of Pe Ell" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount, SCHEDULE A; $70,000 TO $85,000 SCHEDULE B: $55,000 TO $70,000 Financing of the Project has been provided by Town of Pe Ell, Washington and Transportation Improvement Board. The i'own of Pe EIl expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
