**As of July 18,2025, the project was awarded to Confederated Construction Company, LLC, with an awarded amount of $101,680.92.** Scope of Work: This project consists of removing and installing an intake screen, pump, and piping in the Chehalis River. Bidder will enter into a Small Works Contract within the time and in the manner required in the Proposal and Contract. Bidder will furnish the Insurance Certificates, Performance, Payment and Guaranty Bond required by the Contract Documents. Questions concerning the Contract Provisions will be taken by the Project Engineer at Gray & Osborne, Inc.'s Olympia office (360) 292-7481. Bidders must be registered on the MRSC Small Works Roster to be eligible to submit a bid for this Project. The Town expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities, and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the Town based on the sum of the Bid. The work specified in this Section consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the Town on Pe Ell Chehalis River Secondary Intake project, as shown on the Plans, and hereinafter specified. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: A. CHEHALIS RIVER SECONDARY INTAKE 1. Complete required erosion control, and clearing, grubbing. 2. Remove and salvage existing intake screen to Owner. 3. Furnish and install piping, valves, and appurtenances. 4. Furnish and install intake submersible pump in Owner provide intake screen. 5. Furnish and install all required electrical, telemetry, and instrumentation. 6. Provide testing, commissioning, and training as specified herein 7. Restore all surface disturbed by construction activities
