This Contract provides for two schedules of work: Schedule A: Rehabilitation of Main Street (4th Avenue to Chehalis Avenue) and Kelso Avenue (Main Street to Stowe Creek Bridge). Improvements include, but are not specifically limited to, excavation, grading, cement concrete curbs and gutters, cement concrete sidewalk, pavement planing, asphalt paving, channelization, traffic control and other miscellaneous items. Schedule B: Approximately 290 linear feet of ADA compliant sidewalk along the east side of Main Street from 6th Avenue to 7th Avenue. Improvements include, but are not limited to, cement concrete sidewalk, traffic control, and other miscellaneous items. The Work shall be substantially complete within 30 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Pe Ell, Washington. The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "Town of Pe Ell" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. please call (206) 2840860. Financing of the Project has been provided by Town of Pe Ell, Washington and the Washington State Transportation Improvement Board.
