Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pe Ell, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct the 2025 Roadway Treatments. This Contract Provides for the Application of Chip Seal to Approximately 1.2 Total Miles of Various Roadways Throughout the Town. The Improvements Shall Include, but Are Not Specifically Limited to, Traffic Control, Grading, Application of Gravel, Application of Chip Seal Surface Treatments, and Related Work Items. The Application of Fog Seal to These Roadways Shall Be an Additive Schedule of Work. The Work Shall Be Substantially Complete Within 15 Working Days After the Commencement Date Stated in the Notice to Proceed. All Proposals Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Postal Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Proposal Bond Payable to the ""Town of PE Ell"" and in an Amount of Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Proposal Amount. The Town of PE Ell Expressly Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Minor Irregularities or Informalities in Any Proposal. Financing of the Project has been provided by Town of Pe Ell, Washington and the Washington State Transportation Improvement Board. The Town of Pe Ell expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
