Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Update: Development of this new 5.25-acre community park site in the Far West Neighborhood will greatly expand parks and recreation opportunities in the area. Improvements include walkways, a large children's play area, spray play, restrooms, habitat enhancement, community gathering space, public art, site furnishings, turf, and landscaping. Previous project funding has come from the 2018 Parks and Recreation Bond, Parks System Development Charges (SDC) improvement funds, and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. Grant funding will also be sought for project construction. As August 26, 2024, per owner, design planning will go through 2024 with construction beginning in 2025. Design team includes the City of Eugene's Parks and Open Space Division. Construction is expected to be completed in 2027.
